Account & DataDelete Your Acutis AI Account
You are always in control of your account and data.
Acutis AI users can delete their account directly in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your account information and associated app data, including information connected to your Acutis AI profile, except where we are required or permitted to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, subscription, or compliance purposes.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@acutisai.com from the email address associated with your Acutis AI account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

- Data that has already been anonymized and can no longer identify you

If you want your Acutis AI account to remain active, you can request deletion of specific data by emailing support and describing the information you want removed. We may need to verify account ownership, clarify the scope of the request, and retain limited records where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, subscription, or compliance purposes.

- Particular personal information tied to your account, where deletion is feasible
- Other data categories you identify in your request, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations
